Builtform have an optioned site for approximately 160 houses as part of a total scheme for 3,000 homes with associated infrastructure, including a re-routing of the A29 with a road bridge over a railway line.
We have been working within a consortium of developers and land owners to promote the land through the Local Plan process. The site is now allocated in the Local plan, adopted by Arun District Council in July 2018.
